Ingredients

  • 2 oz vodka
  • 2 oz passion fruit pulp
  • 1 oz triple sec
  • ½ oz simple syrup

Instructions

  • Combine vodka, passion fruit pul, triple sec and simple syrup in cocktail shaker with ice.
  • Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a passion fruit slice if desired.

Notes

  • While I prefer the pulp which you can thaw out, passion fruit nectar or juice can be uses as well. You can also scoop out the pulp from the fruit.
  • Use passion fruit vodka if you want even more flavor.
  • Place the martini glass in the freezer for an hour so it keeps your martini chilled.
