Apple Fizz

With whiskey, maple syrup, lemon juice and hard apple cider, this apple fizz cocktail is simple to prepare and tastes like fall.

Ingredients

  • 2 oz whiskey
  • ½ oz fresh lemon juice (1 tbsp)
  • ½ oz maple syrup
  • 3-4 oz hard apple cider
  • apple slice and cinnamon for garnish

Instructions

  • Shake whiskey, lemon juice and maple syrup in a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Add hard apple cider and garnish with apple slice and ground cinnamon.

Notes

  • Toss the apple in some lemon juice so it doesn't brown.
  • Used crushed ice which will make the cocktail colder quicker.
  • Add a cinnamon stick and then you can use it as a straw.
