Instructions
In a large bowl or pitcher, whisk together the pumpkin puree, apple cider, orange juice, rum and pumpkin pie spice until the pumpkin has dissolved.
Add the champagne and cream soda, stirring to combine.
Garnish with some cranberries, apples and cinnamon sticks if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Keep the non-alcoholic components (pumpkin puree, juices, cream soda) well-chilled before mixing the punch. This helps maintain a refreshing temperature when serving.
If preparing ahead of time, don't mix in the champagne and cream soda until right before serving so you keep the carbonation.
Chill the glasses in the freezer or refrigerator before serving to keep the punch cold for longer. You can use ice as well.
Be creative with garnishes. You want something that adds visual appeal or extra flavor like whipped cream, cinnamon sticks or additional fruit.
