- 2 oz dark rum
- ¾ oz fresh lemon juice
- ¾ oz maple syrup
- 1 egg white (optional)
- Use a rum you like as the flavor comes from it.
- You can replace the lemon juice with lime juice if you prefer.
- Chill the glass so it remains cold for longer.
- Leave the egg white out if you are concerned about raw eggs.
