Blood Orange Martini
This martini made from fresh blood orange juice, vodka and triple sec tastes just as delicious as it looks.

- 2 oz vodka
- 2 oz blood orange juice
- 1 oz triple sec
- ½ oz honey
- blood orange slice for garnish
Combine vodka, blood orange juice and triple sec in cocktail shaker with ice. Microwave honey for 5 seconds and add to shaker.
Shake for 20 seconds and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with blood orange slice.
- Place the martini glass in the freezer for an hour so it keeps your martini chilled.
- Freshly squeezed juice makes all the difference.
- Make sure you heat the honey so it mixes easily.
- You can substitute honey with with simple syrup.
- If you want even more citrus flavor, use citrus vodka.
