Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cranberry juice (375 ml)
  • ½ cup Grand Marnier
  • 1 (750 ml) bottle of chilled champagne
  • fresh cranberries and rosemary sprigs for garnish

Instructions

  • Fill a champagne flute ⅓ full with cranberry juice. Add 1 tablespoon Grand Marnier. Fill the remaining glass with champagne. Garnish with some cranberries and rosemary.

Notes

  • If you don't like a strong mimosa, pour the cranberry juice halfway instead of a third in the glass.
  • Make sure your cranberry juice and champagne is chilled.
  • If you want the drink a little sweeter, just stir in a bit of honey.
  • Add some sparkling sugar for garnish on the glass rims.
