Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 3 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 teaspoon anchovy paste
  • 2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper
  • 6 tablespoon milk

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, add all of the ingredients except the milk and whisk together until combined. Whisk in one tablespoon of milk at a time until it reaches your desired consistency. It's normally 6 tablespoon for me. Set aside and prepare salad. Can be refrigerated for up to 5 days.
