Ingredients

  • 4 double stuff Oreos
  • 3 tablespoon heavy whipping cream + more for whipped cream
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the Oreos to a food processor and pulse until fine. You can also place in a plastic bag and smash until you get fine crumbs.
  • Add the crushed Oreos to a mug that holds at least 8 oz of liquid. Stir in the heavy cream and vanilla extract.
  • Microwave on high for 1 minute to 1 minute 30 seconds. If mixture still looks liquidy, microwave for another 15-30 seconds.
  • Serve with some homemade whipped cream on top.

Notes

  • Use a food processor to get finely crushed Oreos, which helps create a lighter cake.
  • If you want a fluffier cake, add ½ teaspoon baking powder to the mixture.
  • If you are unsure of your microwave wattage, start with a lower cooking time and adjust from there.
