Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh peach slices, skins removed
  • 1 cup light rum
  • ¼ cup maple syrup
  • juice of 2 limes
  • 2 cups ice
  • peach slice for garnish

Instructions

  • Add the peaches, rum, maple syrup, lime juice and ice to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth
  • Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with peach slices and lime slices if desired.

Notes

  • Place the glasses in the freezer for an hour so it keeps your daiquiri chilled.
  • Make sure you use ripe peaches as they have give the drink that subtle sweetness.
  • Take the time to freshly squeeze lime juice. Store-bought just isn't the same.
  • Sweeten to the cocktail to taste. If you like a little sweeter drink, add some more maple syrup.
