Peach Daiquiri
With fresh peaches, rum, maple syrup and lime juice, this peach daiquiri is the perfect fruity summer cocktail.

- 2 cups fresh peach slices, skins removed
- 1 cup light rum
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- juice of 2 limes
- 2 cups ice
- peach slice for garnish
Add the peaches, rum, maple syrup, lime juice and ice to a blender or food processor. Blend until completely smooth
Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with peach slices and lime slices if desired.
- Place the glasses in the freezer for an hour so it keeps your daiquiri chilled.
- Make sure you use ripe peaches as they have give the drink that subtle sweetness.
- Take the time to freshly squeeze lime juice. Store-bought just isn't the same.
- Sweeten to the cocktail to taste. If you like a little sweeter drink, add some more maple syrup.
