1. Turkey breast 2. Olive oil 3. Rosemary, sage, thyme 4.Salt 5. Paprika 6. Chicken stock 7. Onion 8. Garlic
Add chopped onion, garlic and chicken stock to Instant Pot. Place trivet inside.
Rinse the turkey with water and pat dry. Mix olive oil, poultry herb mix, salt, paprika and black pepper in a small bowl.
Brush the turkey breast with spice mixture and place in trivet, breast side up.
Place lid on Instant Pot and set valve to "Sealing." Press "Manual" and set on high pressure for 30 minutes. Release pressure naturally.
1. Make sure you rinse and then pat dry the turkey which allows for a crisp skin. 2. Fresh herbs are the only way to go for this herb roasted turkey. Do not replace with dried herbs. 3. Increase or decrease the cook time by 5 minutes for every pound of turkey.
