What a year 2022 has been. It is crazy to think about where this blog is compared to when I started it in 2017.
More people visit the site on a random day these days than all of 2017. It has brought me so much joy to see people make and love many of the recipes I've posted over the years.
Most blogs these days specialize in a specific diet. What I'm most proud of is the variety of recipes people make from the site, from cocktails to comfort food to desserts!
And not surprisingly, the most popular recipes seem to also be my favorites. Maybe it's the love and passion I write in these specific meals that resonate with others.
So here is to an even better 2023! But before we get there, here are my most popular recipes from 2022:
10. Cranberry Mimosa
With fresh cranberry juice, orange liqueur and champagne, this cranberry mimosa is the perfect drink to start the holidays.
This no-knead jalapeño cheddar bread is kicked up a notch but super simple to make in a Dutch oven, requiring almost zero work.
8. Smoked Boneless Chicken Thighs
With a simple but delicious rub, these smoked boneless chicken thighs are super tender and loaded with flavor. Just serve with your favorite BBQ sauce for your next gathering.
This cheddar cheese fondue recipe is easy to make and perfect for dipping bread, vegetables and fruit. You can't go wrong with this at a party.
With fresh salmon, vegetables and a homemade teriyaki sauce, this salmon stir fry recipe is a healthy weeknight meal.
With fresh homemade pasta, this lobster ravioli tossed in a delicious tomato cream sauce is for those fancier occasions. Or if you just want a really good meal!
Chicken schnitzel is a traditional German dish that is pounded thin with a meat tenderizer and is coated with breadcrumbs and then lightly fried.
This Mongolian pork recipe takes an old favorite but uses thinly sliced pork instead of beef that is tossed in a sweet soy garlic ginger sauce. It doesn't hurt that it can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
These easy chocolate chip scones are the British version of a biscuit, making them slightly sweet and buttery with a crumbly edge. If you are craving chocolate chip cookies for breakfast, these scones are for you.
This easy chicken paprikash recipe is a traditional Hungarian dish with chicken cooked in a sauce loaded with paprika and sour cream.
